This mission consists in the mobilisation of a punctual international expertise and a part time consultant within the framework of the “technical assistance to fisheries and fish farming organisations” project carried out by the PPCDR (project n°9 ACP BU 019). The objective of this contract in relation with the PPCDR project is : “Sustainable and fair increase of income for fishermen and fish farmers”
This contract aims more specifically at component 1 and 3 of the PPCDR that is to say:
Component 1: Set up of tools for food security
Component 3/ Strengthening of capacities of public institutions and stakeholders in the rural world
More precisely, the PPCDR Programme wishes with this tender to proceed to the strengthening of capacities of the Professional Organisations of the fisheries and fish farming sectors.
