The specific objective is to contribute to the preparation of the EU support programme to the water sector strategy with specific focus on river basin, sub basin and watershed management and particular reference to consolidation of results in the Panj-Au basin and central levels, increasing the government leadership and ownership of the programme and possible extending the focus to other basins.
