The Programme for Institutional Support to the Agricultural sector (PAI) aims at strengthening the Administration and entities in charge of the agricultural sector – at the Ministry of Agriculture – in order to improve the capacity for elaborating policies and strategies, the information on the sector and its follow-up, as well as design, monitoring and evaluation of projects under the State responsibility in this sector. Information management relating to the agricultural sector is essential for elaborating policies and following up their implementation, it is a key-element of this EDF Project.
