The SAED wants to realise structuring developments (primary and secondary irrigation channels, primary and secondary drains, access tracks) to allow the development by private promoters of intensively irrigated farms, specialized in rice cultivation in 2 annual crops for a total surface of 2,500 ha net.
The studies to be delivered will be to be carried out in 2 phases:
Phase 1: Basic Technical Study, Preliminary Design Project, Socioeconomic feasibility
Phase 2: Detailed Design Project and Tender Documents of the selected developments.
