The objective of the mission is to participate in the reinforcement of capacities and means of the District Commissariat and the duties of the State, in particular in the sector of Justice, in order for them to accomplish their duties towards the population and to guarantee the State authority in the District. The mission must also prepare and co-ordinate the starting up of community funded activities in the District.
