The general objective of the PADL/GRN is to improve the living conditions vie and food security of the rural populations in 11 regions and 260 districts.
The specific objectives are to strengthen the participatory dynamic of local development and natural resources management through institutional support to the central and decentralized public services and through the implementation of local activities following calls for proposals (€ 21 million).
