The general objective of the Project is the sustainable improvement of the income and living conditions of the populations in the North of the Taounate Province.  The specific objective is to secure and improve the production.
The project main components deal with:
• development works (development and equipment of an irrigated perimeter by sprinkling 3.242 ha);
• support to users organisation;
• reclamation support;
• institutional support.  
The project is based on a participative approach.  The Agricultural Water Users Associations ( AUEA ) and professional associations ( OP ) are considered as the main partners, whom the programming of actions will be designed with.
