The objective of the mission is to propose, after a participatory process of consultation of all the REDD+ parties involved in the Republic of Congo, a framework of implementation of the REDD+, adapted to the national and international contexts. The expected result of the mission is the preparation of the   institutional, legal, financial and operational framework of REDD+ process in the Republic of Congo.
