The overall objective of the ACP Fish II Programme is to contribute to the sustainable and equitable management of fisheries in ACP regions, thus leading to poverty alleviation and improving food security in ACP States.
The specific objective of the ACP Fish II Programme is to strengthen the development and implementation of sustainable fisheries management policies in the ACP countries.
The purpose of this contract is to support the Federal Department of Fisheries reviewing and updating the Sea Fisheries Act no. 71 of 1992.
