The general objective of the contract is to provide long term Technical Assistance to the MINAGRIE (Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock) for the implementation of an information system on the agricultural sector within the framework of component 1 of PROSANUT; the aim is to contribute to restore sustainable food and nutrition security in Burundi.
The specific objective of the contract is « to facilitate the decisional process of stakeholders in sustainable food security by improving the quality, availability and exploitation of basic information about the agricultural sector”.
