The overall objective of the program is the reduction of the high-level risk in the country.
The specific objective of the program is the reinforcement and consolidation of the capacity of institutional actors and the civil society in the local management of risks.
The aim of the actual contract is :
• to produce for Haiti an integral approach in the management of risk
• to develop useful instruments to handle the management of risk in order to turn the interventions forward a conceptual and methodological way, in the overall development and in the local management of risk in particular.
