LOCAL EXTRACTION OF THE PALM OIL AT RUMONGE: STUDIES OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT AND THE ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITY OF THE CRUDE OIL

The overall objective is to optimize the purification treatments to protect the environment and avoid the toxic rejection in the waters of Lake Tanganyika and evaluate the performance of the national safety system and quality of crude palm oil.
The specific objective is to reduce the use of water consumption, raw materials and energy to generate the minimum amount of effluent and waste, and present the guidelines to strengthen the food control systems of products of palm tree oil.
