The general objective of the PADL II is to improve the living conditions and food security in around 2.000 villages of 5 departments (Ouara, Assoungha, Abdi, Wadi Fira and Djourf Al Ahmar) in 3 regions (Ouaddaï, Biltine and Sila) of Eastern Chad, on the border with Sudan, through integrated natural resources management and adaptation to climate change.
