FORMULATION OF THE LEGAL TEXTS OF APPLICATION OF THE FISHERIES FRAMEWORK LAW IN BENIN AND REVIEW AND UPDATE OF THE MARINE FISHERIES MASTER PLAN IN GHANA
The specific objectives of the contract are :
- In Benin, support the Fisheries Department in the formulation of the legal texts of application of the draft fisheries framework law in order to facilitate its adoption and implementation;
- In Ghana support the Fisheries Department in the review and update of the Marine fisheries master plan
