The Global objective of this assignment is to map out the Action Fiche (AF) and Technical Administrative Procedures (TAP) for the proposed environmental governance and mainstreaming programme that will eventually improve sustainable development and management of natural resources in Sierra Leone.

The Specific objective is to develop in liaison with SLEPA and other stakeholders an Action Fiche and the accompanying TAPs in line with the Identification Fiche.
