AGRER is currently seeking a full-time Business Developer to reinforce its staff.

Main tasks
Commercial Development
- Prospecting potential clients
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Appraisal of project opportunities and definition of commercial strategies
Proposal Coordination
- Preparing expressions of interest / prequalification files
- Identifying potential experts
- Identifying potential partners and forming consortia
- Negotiating collaboration agreements with partners and subcontractors
- Preparing technical and financial proposals
Project Management
- Management of awarded contracts: technical and management support to experts; monitoring and QC of contractual delivery; quality control on services provided; supervision of projects’ administration and finance.
Profile
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Bioengineering, Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Agronomy, Economics, or equivalent
- Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English
- Minimum of 3 years of general professional experience, with proven experience in project acquisition
- Professional experience in Africa, Asia, or South America is a plus
