The project operates in the rural development sector in 5 « vulnerable » Provinces on the border of Tanzania, i.e. Kirundo, Muyinga, Cankuzo, Ruyigi and Rutana.
The objective of the study is the feasibility of pre-basic and basic seeds multiplication systems, so as to produce certified seeds and commercial seeds for the producers of the 5 Provinces of the PPCDR programme.
