The overall objective present of the project is to support the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development through the national Authorising Office to support the recovery process by supervising European aid. It is of a crucial importance that this structure can supervise, monitor and coordinate all programmes in good coordination with other donors to empower Sierra Leone in its recovery tremendous efforts. The purpose of the contract is to strengthen the capacity of the National Authorising Office (NAO office) to efficiently execute its mandate as stated in the Cotonou Partnership Agreement.
