This formulation mission aims at defining strategic orientations for intervention in view to strengthen the capacities of authorities in charge of civil register at centralised and decentralised level regarding their capacities and the functioning of the institutions to develop an efficient and durable civil register management system and improve citizens’ access to this public service.
