The primary objective of the mission will be to assess the needs in food aid / food security in Southern Sudan, the transitional areas, and the areas affected by recent flooding. The consultants are required to carry out an assessment of the food aid/food security situation in the areas cited and to produce a report with recommendations as to DG ECHO's near and medium term strategy.
